Search & navigation tips:

• Use the navigation bars on the left side to find your pattern.  Patterns are listed in alphabetical order by manufacturer & pattern.
• For specific patterns enter the pattern name without the manufacturer's name.
• Use singular, not plural, terms in your search (i.e. plate, bowl, vase).
• Entering more than one word in the search box will result in only items that have all of those terms in the description.
• Click on "Product Details" for additional information, including number of pieces available.
• Use your back button to return to a page after clicking on a link.
• Don't know your pattern name?  Send an email with an image to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Problems logging in or making a purchase after you registered? 

• You must authenticate your registration with the link sent to the email address provided, you will be given a username and password in the same email.  This is a security measure used to protect you and your information.
• If you did not receive the email it may be in your junk/spam folder or you may have incorrectly entered your email address into the registration form.
• Your username is the email address you provided.  Your username is limited to 25 characters, if your email address is longer than that, only the first 25 will be used.  You may change your username and password once you have completed the registration process.
• Username and password are case sensitive.
  

Changing your username or password and updating your billing information:

1. Login with your current username and password.
2. Click on "Account Maintenance."
3. Click on "Account Information" or "Billing Information."
4. Make changes.
5. Click the save (floppy disk) icon just below the banner image at the top of the page.

• Remember to "log out" after you have completed your visit...click the tab below the login module in the left column of any page
• Close your brower to prevent your name or browser settings from being used by anyone else.
