Cancellations & Returns:

• Please contact Laguna via email or phone to make a cancellation or before making a return.
• Cancellations can be made free of charge if the item has not been shipped.
• Cancellations made after the item is shipped will be handled as a return.

To return an item or items:

1. Laguna accepts returns for a full refund less shipping charges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  All labels and shop marks must remain fully intact for the return to be accepted.
   
2. Please send an email or call Laguna before making a return.
   
3. Please do not ship the item/s back before receiving confirmation that your message has been received. 
   
4. Laguna will respond within 24 hours unless the shop is closed for a period of time (this rarely happens and dates of closure will be posted on the the home page). 
   
5. You will receive instructions for packing and insuring when Laguna responds to your return request.
